“What is basic skin?”, this is question that i normally been asked if a person is new to skincare. There are a lot of skincare products out there and sometime it can be confusing. I understand and feel the pain that you are in!
This posting is specially for those who want to start or have difficulties to choose which skincare to start with. Of course, everything start with a basic. Even skincare routine has a basic steps. Basic steps is a routine that you need to apply everyday at least twice a day to maintain a healthy and hydrate skin.
Here are the basic skincare routine that you can exercise in morning and night before bed.
Morning / AM skincare routine:
Night / PM skincare routine:
Start these 3-4 steps every day and try to maintain these routine for 1 month then you can level up by adding treatment products for acne, pigmentation, fine lines and others concern related to skin problems. Another important point is that to know which types of skincare that are suitable for your skin. I will explain detail in my next post on “Which types of skincare suitable for you?”.
