RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

1. What if I want to cancel my order?

  • For order cancellation, please contact us via email at sales@missnaturalstore.com or by phone at +6019 6518420, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10am-5pm to inform us about the details of your transaction.
  • Refund will be done via credit voucher of equal value to your purchase and will be sent to your email.

 

 

2. What if I changed my mind or unsatisfied with my online purchase?

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we are more than happy to do a product exchange within 7 days of delivery provided that it is still unused and unopened.
  • To effect the return, please contact us via email at sales@missnaturalstore.com or by phone at +6019 6518420, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 9am-5pm to inform us about the details of your transaction.
  • You will be required to return the product(s) to the following address:

  • Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service to return the products to the above-mentioned address at your own cost.
  • You can choose to either exchange with another product(s).
  • Please allow at least 5 – 14 working days (excluding Public Holidays) for us to process your refund.

 

 

3. What should I do if my product(s) are defect?

  • Defect here means that the content of the product (s) is spoil.
  • Defected items need to be inform to sales@missnaturalstore.com or by phone at +6019 6518420, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 9am-5pm and return within 14 days after receiving the products.
  • However, if the product/product(s) are out of stock, a credit voucher of equal value to your purchase will be sent to your email.
  • HQ will replace the new product(s) after receiving the defect item.
